The Role

If you love to be busy and experienced in Accounts Receivable – or alternatively, have been a high performer in an Accounts Invoicing role, then this is a great opportunity for you.

Working with a friendly and productive team, your responsibilities will be varied and will include:

  • Entering sales invoices
  • Checking sales data, editing to check for anything out of the ordinary (daily)
  • Be a problem solver – commercially aware
  • Calling clients re: managing the workflow
  • Processing weekly/monthly reports and other Adhoc reports as required
  • Attention to detail

There will also be the opportunity to work from home where possible.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Accounts Receivable/Invoicing experience
  • MYOB Experience
  • A quick learner and team player
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Intermediate/Advanced skills in Excel
  • Ability to work under pressure and possess great multi-tasking skills and proactive work attitude
  • High degree accuracy and attention to detail
  • Very organised and methodical approach to work
