The Role
If you love to be busy and experienced in Accounts Receivable – or alternatively, have been a high performer in an Accounts Invoicing role, then this is a great opportunity for you.
Working with a friendly and productive team, your responsibilities will be varied and will include:
- Entering sales invoices
- Checking sales data, editing to check for anything out of the ordinary (daily)
- Be a problem solver – commercially aware
- Calling clients re: managing the workflow
- Processing weekly/monthly reports and other Adhoc reports as required
- Attention to detail
There will also be the opportunity to work from home where possible.
The Ideal Candidate
- Accounts Receivable/Invoicing experience
- MYOB Experience
- A quick learner and team player
- Exceptional communication skills
- Intermediate/Advanced skills in Excel
- Ability to work under pressure and possess great multi-tasking skills and proactive work attitude
- High degree accuracy and attention to detail
- Very organised and methodical approach to work
