General OHS Induction Course for the Construction Industry

Course Description:
This 6 hour course provides participants with information about preventing workplace injury and illness, injury management and workers compensation for NSW.

OH&S induction training in the construction industry is required under the WorkCover OHS Regulation 2001 Chapter 213,214 & 215.

Allowing a person to commence work at a building or construction site without OH&S Induction training carries a maximum penalty of 100 penalty units. ($11,000)

ETS runs both on-site and public courses. On Site Courses require a minimum 7 days notice to WorkCover NSW.
