ETS, in addition to electrical compliance testing, can provide a fixed fee gap analysis evaluation (Audit) to find your OHS compliance position against mandatory requirements.

By having your premises and operations evaluated using our accredited OHS Auditor; your organisation will know precisely what needs to be done to meet compliance requirements, if any.

You will discover if you:

• Fulfill obligations under NSW OHS Act 2000 and Regulation 2001.
• Comply with safety standards.

From this you have
• Exercised your Duty of Care.
• Protected the organisation from liability claims.

• Lead and educated employees by example.
• Demonstrated your OHS commitment to WorkCover, insurers and other parties.

ETS conduct a yearly or bi-yearly evaluation so that you can monitor you current position.

Procedure:
• Examine any OHS measures already in place.
• Examine any existing documentation.
• Carry out a full workplace inspection.
• Compare actual situation with NSW legal requirements.
• Compare actual situation with any relevant Australian Standards.
• Prepare a written report on any deficiencies.
• Provide a list of recommendations which enable you to conform to legal requirements.

What to do then?
You simply work through the recommendations over the next year or so to bring your operations into conformance with the law. ETS can provide a qualified Trainer to monitor and mentor your improvements on a monthly basis. Should you have any questions please feel free to contact our office on:

A detailed capability statement of persons performing such assessments and audits can be supplied upon request.
