All electrical assets are
tested and tagged
with an identifiable bar code for continual identification
purposes.
All data collected, including location and
test results, will be integrated into one centrally administered database
using the eDAS (Electronic Data Administration System). ETS can then present the data in an electronic format
and print format.
Ownership of the data (legal responsibility) will be that of our clients.
The ETS Asset register and Test Certificates will include
the following information:
Appliance bar code identity;
Description/serial number(if required);
Location: Includes van and driver details;
Inspection Test Date;
Next
Inspection Test Date;
Results
of Inspection / Test; and
Comments
