Each ETS Technician is trained to thoroughly inspect and test all electrical appliances in accordance with relevant Australian Standards and specific State/Territory legislative requirements. Every item tested will be transferred to form a complete Asset Register for your future reference.
RCD Safety Switch Testing:
ETS provide RCD (Safety Switch) trip time / trip current tests for all 240v & 415v RCDs.
Initially Technicians locate and barcode all circuits protected by an RCD for tracking and data management procedures and then complete the appropriate test procedures.
Thermal Imaging:
ETS will thoroughly inspect and thermograph Electrical / Mechanical services switchboards and provide a detailed report specifying irregularities found including the image(s) as recorded.
ETS use the latest Infrared thermal imaging technology to ensure that the latest procedures and methods are employed. Additionally, all ETS Thermographers are qualified to AS3998.
Microwave Oven Radiation Testing:
ETS provide Microwave Oven Radiation and Safety inspections using highly sensitive equipment.
ETS conduct a 3-point safety check each microwave on your premises to ensure it complies with Australian Safety Standards.
Fire Safety Compliance:
ETS provides the following fire safety compliance services:
- Sprinkler clearance inspection
- Review the paths of travel and Emergency Exits.
- Inspection of Portable Fire Extinguishers, Hoses and Blankets.
- Inspection and discharging of Exit and Emergency Lighting.
- Report itemising all inspections and any areas of concern.
Emergency Exit Lighting:
In conjunction with the other mandatory inspections, ETS as part of their fire safety compliance testing provide Emergency and Exit Light periodic inspection, testing, tube replacement and cleaning. These routine 6 and 12 monthly procedures ensure that relevant compliance requirements are being met, accurately recorded and conducted.
