David Ciantar
David has had more than 15 years experience in the retail and franchising
areas of business. Having worked in senior management positions with Telstra,
Coles Myer, McDonald's, and New Zealand Natural. He is experienced in the
retail and franchising business, and has provided operational support and
strategy to many of the above listed companies.
David has also completed his
Masters and Post Graduate certification in Management Operations. He is also
a director of Solution Consulting, who consults to small business and
management in the areas of general operational management and business
structure. His experience assists many companies with both their systems and
structure - to function much more efficiently with a competitive edge.
David's skills have also assisted ETS in developing unique requirements
whilst understanding the need to satisfy
customers on all fronts.

Darren Brown
- General Manager
A former manager of a large building Supply Company for 12yrs. Darren was a
Director of the Hardware Association of NSW for a period of 6 years. He was a
member of the Mitre 10 Sydney Zone Marketing Committee, and jointly involved
with judging panels. Prior to this Darren started his career in the building
industry.

Stewart
Byrne -
National OHS
Manager
Our National OHS Manager – Corporate Compliance: Stewart has 32 years of
experience at both International and local levels, Stewart role as Managing
Director of Australia’s largest International Health Care management
consultancy and General Manager of a highly successful construction company
in Sydney’s West provides ETS with a well of experience.
Stewart’s main focus is now the integration of
customer services and the development of company management and OH&S
infrastructures. As a commercial specialist, his role is to guide client’s
OHS Corporate Compliance and to provide a point of reference for services
required by them.

Michael Kielty - QSA
Safety Auditor
Michael is a qualified Industrial Engineer with more than 20 years experience
in manufacturing/production, logistics and administration, including six
years as Safety & Environmental Engineer for a major multinational
manufacturer. He has worked exclusively in OHS management and consulting
since 1996.
His broad
experience base is backed by other qualifications including a Diploma in
Engineering, Cert IV Workplace Assessor and Trainer and a coveted OHS Auditor
accreditation from the Quality Society of Australia.
Michael’s
particular areas of interest are corporate OHS auditing and helping clients
to develop practical and cost-effective strategies for OHS conformance.

Stefan Mozar - Electrical Engineer
A qualified electrical engineer with qualifications including a MEng, MBA and
BE (Elect), Stefan has won numerous awards for his outstanding Engineering
capabilities including an Australian Design Award. Stefan is currently a
Fellow of the Institution of Engineers, member of the electrical College, and
a Chartered Professional Engineer registered on the National Professional
Engineers Register.
Stefan is a senior member of the Institute of Electrical and
Electronic Engineers (IEEE). Stefan presently controls the electrical
engineering, machine guarding and electrical safety design arm of ETS.
Stefan’s vast background and knowledge of current legislation and safety
standards have assisted many large clients comply with stringent safety
requirements and have helped ETS gain many large corporate clients.

Frank Wetton - Mechanical Engineer
A qualified mechanical engineer with qualifications including a BE (Mech) and
MBA has held senior executive level appointments in the private sector and
worked as design engineer and maintenance planning engineer as well as safety
officer in Australia, New Zealand, Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia and
Indonesia.
Frank presently works with
